MEDICAL BILLING


CLAIMS SUBMISSION – Claims are prepared for submission to payers electronically or by paper.


PAYER CLAIMS FOLLOW UP – Follow-up is performed by phone or available online tools to check claims status, confirmation of claim processing, wrongfully denied claims are appealed.


PATIENT BALANCES – Soft collections are performed by mailing monthly statements patients with outstanding balances.  If your office is affiliated with a collections agency, submission of accounts will be submitted on your behalf.


 INSURANCE VERIFICATION – Insurance verification can be performed for new patients and established patients as requested.


MEDICAL BILLING SOFTWARE SETUP – If the provider does not have medical billing software, this can be set up for a fee. The process includes the setup of eligible insurance companies for electronic claims submission and electronic remittance advice. 


AUTHORIZATIONS – Depending on your specialty, it may be a great idea to utilize this service.  Bill with Care will initiate authorizations and submit documentation for authorization approval (if access to documentation is available).


CREDENTIALING – Initiating and managing the credentialing process, as well as re-credentialing can be quite the task when starting or maintaining a practice.  Bill with Care can take on this task and alleviate the paperwork headache.
